Dow Corning 791 is a premium quality low modulus one-part silicone sealant that is great for winter as it can be applied down to temperatures -20°C (standard silicones can only be applied in temperatures above 5°C) and gives excellent unprimed adhesion to both porous and non-porous construction substrates. It also has excellent weathering characteristics, including resistance to ozone, UV radiation and temperature extremes. Conforms to ISO 11600-25LM and also meets ISO specification 9047 class 50%

Dow 791 can be used for extreme temperature applications (Application Temperature Range -20 to +50°C). It is ideal for weathersealing of curtain walling, building facades and expansion joints. Also suitable for use as a frame sealant.

Before applying your sealant, ensure the surface is clean and dust free. Cut the cartridge seal and screw on nozzle which should be cut to required size. Gun the sealant firmly into joint ensuring no air is trapped behind. If required place masking tape along joint edges, removing within 10 minutes of application.
