A high performance multi purpose silicone that cures quickly to provide a permanently flexible seal which is weatherproof and mould resistant. Has a life performance expectancy up to 25 years.

Sureseal Multi Purpose Silicone Black is suitable for sealing a wide range of building, glazing and household cracks and gaps. For example: weather sealing around window and door frames, sealing around baths, showers, sinks and all sanitary fixtures and topsealing in glazing applications.

Before applying your sealant ensure surface is dry, clean and dust free. If required use masking tape along edges removing within 5 minutes of application. Cut the cartridge seal and screw on the nozzle which should be cut to your required size. Using a skeleton gun apply sealant firmly into joint to provide a good solid fill. Apply in temperatures between +5°C to + 40°C. For porous or powdery surfaces the use of a primer is recommended. Always tool down within 5 minutes of application using a stick wetted with soapy water.
