This self cleaning glass sealant is a paintable, one component sealant based on MS polymer that conforms to ISO 11.600 class G25 HM for sealing glazing systems. The white sealant is almost odourless and free of isocyanates, silicones and solvents. After application the sealant cures with atmospheric moisture to form a durable rubber seal.

Zwaluw Hybriseal White Sealant is compatible for use with Pilkington Activ glass and to seal assemblies of glass, glazed surfaces, porcelain coated metal, anodised aluminium, finished wood and several plastics. The sealant can be painted with alkyd resin-based paints and varnishes as well as water based paints.

Before applying your Pilkington Activ Glass Sealant, ensure the surface is clean and dust free. Gun sealant firmly into joint ensuring no air is trapped behind. If required place masking tape along joint edges, removing within 10 minutes of application.
