This black polyurethane sealant is a one component moisture curing, paintable, low modulus polyurethane sealant or adhesive. Has excellent adhesion to most building substrates, is fast curing with permanent and durable elasticity and is non-staining to brickwork. Has first rate resistance to water and UV rays and has permanent elasticity under all climate conditions. SX Polyflex LM is only harmful to aquatic organisms during application and the curing process. Once fully cured all harmful solvents will have evaporated making it inert. Conforms to ISO 11.600 F25 HM.

Siroflex Polyflex LM Black Polyurethane Sealant is ideal for interior and exterior dilatation joints in concrete, expansion and sealing joints in almost all building substrates. This sealant and adhesive can also be used in aquatic environments once cured and for joints between wooden, metal, aluminium or PVC frames and masonry.

Before applying your polyurethane sealant ensure surfaces are clean, dry, free of oil and grease. Priming not usually necessary unless testing indicates a need or subject to water immersion after curing. Gun the sealant firmly into joint ensuring no air is trapped behind. If required place masking tape along edges, removing within 10 minutes of application.
