DESCRIPTION:
This roof sealant is a rubberised sealant specially developed for repairing leaking gutters, downpipes and flashings. The sealant provides a permanent water resistant and weatherproof seal. Has a life performance expectancy up to 10 years.

USES:
Sureseal Roof and Gutter Sealant is suitable for sealing leaks in gutters, down pipes and flashings. The sealant can also be used for bedding roof sheets and felts.
APPLICATION:
Before applying the roof and gutter sealant ensure surface is clean, frost and grease free. Cut nozzle to desired size and gun the black sealant firmly into joint ensuring no air is trapped behind, in deep joints use backing rod. If required place masking tape along joint edges, removing within 10 minutes of application. Full cure 1-3 days. Further Technical Information Available On Request.
