This RTV Engineering Silicone is a one part flexible rubber RTV sealant, which sets to form a flexible, weatherproof seal unaffected by vibration and with high adhesive strength. This product is resistant to temperatures between -50°C to +180°C, will waterproof, seal, draught proof and insulate providing good resistance to weathering, as the sealant will not crack, harden or dry out. This sealant also conforms to ISO 11.600 G20 HM.

Tectane RTV Silicone Black is ideal for bonding metal, glass, vinyl, leather, rubber and plastics. It has good resistance to most chemicals and excellent resistance to weathering.

Cut the cartridge seal and screw on the nozzle which should be cut to your required size. Using a skeleton gun, apply the RTV sealant into the joint or gap ensuring a good solid fill. If required place masking tape along joint edges, removing within 10 minutes of application.
