This universal sealer provides environmentally friendly (non-toxic, solvent and silicone-free) all round protection for porous and non porous surfaces. Providing water and oil repellent protection for walls, floors and roofing.

Kingfisher Wall and Floor Seal is ideal for use indoors or outside to seal all porous materials such as natural stone, concrete, terracotta, cement, brickwork and self-locking paving. This product can also be used to seal non porous / low porosity surfaces.

Ensure surfaces are sound, clean, dry and free from loose flaking materials, oil and grease stains before applying your sealer. Any surface mould or fungal growths should be pre-treated with a fungicidal wash before applying stabilising solution. Surface defects and cracks should be repaired with a suitable repair mix; filler or sealant. Apply by either brushing out liberally, or applying by a coarse spray in an even and consistent manner. Cover any exposed nearby windows and areas where the treatment is not required and remove any unintentional splashes promptly with water. Wash splashes off skin with warm soapy water and always wear goggles, gloves, overalls and head protection when applying to elevated surfaces. NB.
